I have been selling homes since 1998 and I will tell you that the real estate market hasn't been funkier. This means, that there are so many micro changes that are affecting the market as a whole.While we are not getting into the dangers of overbuilding, we are seeing interest rates rise, inventory starting to build, and the buyer drives starting to slow down as a result.This differs from the previous market where we had so many offers on real estate listings in very short order.The homes in the Santa Clarita Valley received offers before the listing hit the market for sale in most cases. What is it with real estate that has everyone confused and why does that matter when it comes to you buying or selling a home? The first place you need to look is to establish what place you are in the real estate game. Are you a seller, prospective seller, or home buyer? Maybe you are someone who has been kicking the tires to see if selling or buying a home is really something you want to do. Either way, make sure you are hiring the best advisor in real estate possible. Look for someone who has a great online presence and someone who tells it like it is like me, Connor with Honor.

There are a lot of explanations when it comes to making the right versus wrong decisions in your real estate dealings. You will want to reevaluate if you happen to be using the same agent the seller hired to represent them. No pushback and no other arguments. This is something that you will want to consider. It's hard to find a real estate agent with multiple personalities who are not unstable and who is able to use those different personas to balance back and forth between two very different parties. Of course, this was a tongue-in-cheek statement - It's not a good bet in the best of circumstances.

Interest rates - in order to off set inflation - that is the reason right? Interest rates have been historically low for a long while.
