    I have been selling homes since 1998 and I will tell you that the real estate market hasn't been funkier. This means, that there are so many micro changes that are affecting the market as a whole.While we are not getting into the dangers of overbuilding, we are seeing interest rates rise, inventory starting to build, and the buyer drives starting to slow down as a result.This differs from the previous market where we had so many offers on real estate listings in very short order.The homes in the Santa Clarita Valley received offers before the listing hit the market for sale in most cases.
