The signs are clear and readable, the parks and haunts are accessible, and the pave is warm even when it is sharp. This road, his road, has its way of telling you exactly what there is to be experienced in his heart, and exactly where to find it. The heart-trip soundtrack of Martin England’s music is that of all great American troubadours; Americana, folk, roots rock, and occasional old school country. It’s the common language he shares with contemporaries like Ray Lamontagne and founding legends like Johnny Cash, equal parts light and shadow cast in emotionally-charged, heart-harvesting songs.

High on the tide but hungry for more, Corwyn has moved his studio vision forward into The White Cane Conspiracy. Due out January 4, 2011, The White Cane Conspiracy is a thematic play on his lack of obviously blind traits. He doesn’t use a white cane. He doesn’t walk into walls, as a rule. He doesn’t even rattle a coffee cup for change while riding on subways. Really, he’s quite delinquent as a blind cliché, and thus the smirk and the slice of this album’s themes were born. Working again with Michael Seifert, the pals grounded JP’s sound more firmly in the acoustic side of indie rock and affirmed the greater maturity of the songwriting. With a richness of subtlety and elegance in the production, Corwyn’s soaring; clarion voice has been given ample room to shine through. The first piece of the Conspiracy unfolds in the November 2010 release of the lead single “Find a Reason.” Prepare to have your eyes opened. Pun.

Tim Halperin has been immersed in the music scene since he began taking piano lessons at age six. Growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, he wrote and played music with several bands in high school, and all the while played piano and sang at church on the worship team. When Tim entered college at Texas Christian University, he found inspiration to write new songs and decided to stop playing with bands and enter the singer/songwriter scene. The authentic, emotion-packed music Tim wrote struck a chord with fellow students and the surrounding community of Fort Worth and Dallas.
