Whilst I once believed every word the doctors told me as gospel - I am now realising there is more to health than the absence of disease. Whilst I once thought it was all about being the fittest and leanest I could be - I now know its much more than that. I want to be more than that….This journey is ongoing - I am always working on being a better version of myself - physically, mentally and spiritually.
