55: Why Feeling Heavy May Have Nothing To Do With Food

I need to workout more. I need to skip carbs today. I should try and lose some weight. We woman like to go to that place easily, sometimes, don't we? Always assuming that when we feel a certain way, we can "fix" it by fixing our size our appearance to fix the feelings we have.
